'Histoire et Monuments des Émaux Byzantins', the Zwenigorodskoi enamel collection catalogue, was released in 1892, after 8 years of work.

Only 600 copies were printed, in three languages (French, German, Russian), and given as gifts to select recipients.

This particular copy was inscribed to Baron Alexander Egorovich Wrangel, a close friend of the collector and the famous author Dostoevsky.
