Carl Panzram is often referred to as one of the most abhorrent serial killers in American history.

He confessed to the murder of 21 individuals (though not all cases have been verified) and claimed to have assaulted 1,000 boys and men during the 1920s.

One of the most heinous acts attributed to Panzram involved recruiting six men to work on a boat, subsequently murdering them, and disposing of their bodies to crocodiles. He expressed no remorse for his actions, stating in his autobiography, "For all of these things, I am not the least bit sorry."
